The Charity Association
"THE FRIENDS OF THE CHILD"

An awareness of the problems that children face in our society, along with the need to reach out to them and help, prompted a team of women in 1987 to create the Charity Association “FRIENDS OF THE CHILD”. It was the first Association to be established in Attica, intending to take care and protect not only sick or abused children, but any child who lives in conditions that are below the threshold of relative poverty.
