‘We start with our breakfast.

Learning activities begin when we are all sitting in our chairs - we learn, listen, talk, share, communicate, we use all our senses, we use our hands, our bodies, our minds.

Then it’s time to go outside and play in our garden.

We go back into class again - we build things, we make things, we listen to music, we learn poems, we explore the seasons.

Our class is a snowy mountain, the sea, a boat taking us on a journey, a meadow full of flowers.

We wash, and put on clean clothes.

We eat our lunch, taste new things, satisfy our appetites.

We brush our teeth, put on our slippers, and lie down in our own beds. We go to sleep happy, try to keep quiet for siesta time.

We wake up, make our beds, and eat our afternoon snack - yogurt, pudding, or cream.

We continue with our games, we build towers, cook in our kitchenette, we sell things in our shop, dance, listen to fairy tales, watch puppet theatre. We put our toys away, we leave our classroom clean and tidy, and we go home.

 And tomorrow we start all over again!”
